Welcome to Pink Pane Co.. By booking services, using our website, or submitting information through our site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
Pink Pane Co. provides residential and commercial exterior window cleaning services throughout Weber County, Utah and surrounding service areas.
Service availability, pricing, promotions, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
Booking & Payment
Customers may:

Prepay online through Wix Payments

Pay via Venmo
-
Pay in cash upon arrival unless otherwise agreed
Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by Pink Pane Co.
Returned payments, fraudulent payments, or chargebacks may result in cancellation of future services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to partial or full service charges.
Pink Pane Co. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Policy
For safety and service quality reasons, appointments may be rescheduled during:

Snow

High winds
-
Lightning
-
Unsafe temperatures

Other hazardous conditions
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible regarding rescheduling.
Property Access
y scheduling service, customers authorize Pink Pane Co. representatives to access the exterior areas of the property necessary to complete services, including the use of ladders, tools, hoses, and related equipment.
Customers are responsible for:

Securing pets

Providing clear access to service areas

Informing Pink Pane Co. of any hazards or special instructions
Customers do not need to be physically present during service unless otherwise requested.
Water Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to an exterior water source if required for service completion.
Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability
Pink Pane Co. is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Cracked or damaged glass

Brittle or deteriorated window seals

Loose or damaged screens
-
Oxidized frames
-
Hard water staining
-
Scratched glass
-
Existing structural defects
Window cleaning may reveal pre-existing imperfections not previously visible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, Pink Pane Co.’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify Pink Pane Co. within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service-related concerns.

Photo & Media Consent
Pink Pane Co. may request permission to take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality assurance, marketing, website, or social media purposes.
No photos identifying a customer’s property will be publicly used without prior customer permission.
Customers may decline photography requests at any time.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

Pink Pane Co. does not currently send promotional marketing text messages.
Website Use
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials associated with Pink Pane Co. are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality or security.
Privacy
Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law.
